[I specifically appreciated that] the turnaround time was really quick, and the video I received showed me how to fix my site myself moving forward if I choose...I felt that this approach is empowering. It empowers me to do things on my own… But I also know if I can't figure something out next time, or if I just don't want to do it myself, I can reach back out for help again!
