Sue Mcleary is a floral designer, writer, and teacher, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and she reached out to me during a crossroads in her business. For twelve years, Sue had been a wedding and event florist, but more recently had felt called to spend all of her energy on teaching and writing about her innovating floral design techniques. Sue told me that her existing website made her cringe and didn’t represent her and what she offers anymore.
We started by clarifying and developing her brand - choosing a new color palette, fonts, and textures that would support and highlight her amazing floral design work.
For Sue’s website design, she wanted something clean and unique, with an editorial style. We decided to use the Poppy template from Go Live HQ, which I then customized to fit her brand.
Now, Sue’s work is beautifully displayed on a dynamic, inviting website that reflects her style and current work.
